The LavaBox Affiliate Program rewards you for spreading the word about our portable campfires to your friends, family, followers, and outdoor-loving communities. As a LavaBox affiliate, you’ll earn: Tier 1: For your first 50 sales, you will receive 10% of the total sales on the products sold. Tier 2: For sales between 51-100, you will receive 12% of the total sales on the products sold. Tier 3: For sales between 101+, you will receive 15% of the total sales on the products sold. NOTE: This reflects the net sales. Your commissions will be paid through PayPal on the first of the month. You must have a PayPal account. You must make a maintain one sale per 90 days to retain affiliate status: If you do not meet this requirement, your affiliate contract will be terminated. We reserve the right to terminate this contract at any time. Getting Started Fill out the Affiliate Registration Form and click “Apply.” Please be sure to list all social media channels in the section titled: “In a few words, tell us why you want to promote for our company?” Once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email from us within 5-7 business days. If approved, you can log into your affiliate dashboard, grab your unique tracking links/banners, and start sharing LavaBox with your audience. You can also request a unique handle like “LAVAGOD” to be your discount code. Sorry, LAVAGOD is taken. You will share this code with your audience and they will add it to their cart at checkout. Whenever a visitor clicks your link or uses your code to make a purchase, you’ll earn a commission credited to your account. Commission Details LavaBox affiliates earn a standard 10% commission on all qualifying referred sales. More sales will earn higher commissions: Tier 1: For your first 50 sales, you will receive 10% of the total sales on the products sold. Tier 2: For sales between 51-100, you will receive 12% of the total sales on the products sold. Tier 3: For sales between 101+, you will receive 15% of the total sales on the products sold. We reserve the right to reverse commissions for refunded or invalidated orders. All payouts are sent via PayPal, and it is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal information is accurate and current. The Affiliate will have access to monthly report detailing the Net Revenue and calculation of the commission. Promotion Guidelines The LavaBox Affiliate Program is intended for affiliates who promote our products through genuine, legitimate channels of influence. The following methods are not permitted and may result in denied commissions or removal from the program: Paid advertising of any kind (e.g., Google Ads, retargeting, boosted coupon ads). Promotion on discount or coupon websites. No discount codes can be combined. Any marketing activity that, in LavaBox’s sole discretion, violates the spirit or intent of these terms. Termination of your relationship with LavaBox will be immediate if any of these terms are violated. Legal Compliance All affiliates must follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including regulations governing email marketing (such as the CAN-SPAM Act) and all anti-spam requirements. LavaBox may suspend or remove affiliates from the program at any time and without prior notice. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of LavaBox affiliate links, logos, banners, and any promotional materials provided by us. Affiliates removed for malicious, deceptive, or spam-based activity may have commissions revoked and may be permanently banned from the LavaBox affiliate network. Liability and Indemnity Each Party will indemnify, defend and hold the other Party harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or action brought by a third party relating to the negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct of the other Party. Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement. Data Privacy The Affiliate must comply with all data protection laws and regulations applicable to them in their handling of user data obtained in relation to this Agreement. The Affiliate must not disclose, or allow any third party to access, any user data without the prior written consent of the Company. Confidentiality Each party agrees not to disclose or use the other's proprietary information without the prior written consent of the other party.
